Terranuma works with elementary schools to provide tools for mental health, mindfulness, and stress relief for teachers, administration and students. We teach strategies such as guided breathwork, meditation, intention setting and journaling. Through these practices, children and teachers can access a calm nervous system state, which leads to greater self awareness. This allows for a more focused and engaged classroom, and a calmer and happier teacher.
