Through guided breathwork and meditation, your team will learn how to reduce stress, improve their mood, activate inner creativity, and deepen sleep quality through proper breathing technique and an extensive breathwork session.

We’ll cap off the experience with a cold plunge. This has tremendous benefits for the immune, nervous and respiratory systems. Gaining greater control of the nervous system and stress response through an ice bath translates to greater stress resiliency in the workplace.

Each session can be customized to meet the goals and needs of the group. We can keep the experience onsite (with an ice bath), or take the adventure outdoors with a hike and plunge in nature (think fresh swimming ponds and chilly waterfalls).

This experience can be delivered in a 3-4 hour workshop, or an entire 2-4 day retreat for your group.
