Join us in the Berkshires during Peak Summer

Unplug from technology,
and connect with your inner child.

At Adult Self Care Summer Camp, we'll focus on cultivating habits and processes that optimize our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Learn techniques for reducing stress, gaining clarity and improving communication. We'll share our proven practices for creative living and manifestation.

Celebrate, reflect, and deepen your own practices for self care while connecting to a community of beautiful, uplifting spirits.

Come solo, or come with a companion.

It’ll be our honor to help create your memories.

Food

All meals are farm to table - the ingredients are sourced locally from our garden, or from farms within a 15 mile radius. We’ll cook some meals communally together (you’ll learn how to cultivate your relationship with the ingredients and get your hands involved).

We have an omnivore’s palate, and can accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Day Programming

We live in the forest on 50 secluded, beautiful acres in Grafton, New York.

Thursday, Friday and Sunday programming take place from our home, Breezy Acres.

Saturday programming takes place in East Chatham, New York (pond, sauna, yurt for breath/meditation and barn for
Bob Ross painting).

Overnight Lodging

Your overnight stay takes place at Stay at Berkshires Inn, located in Williamstown, MA. The Inn offers quaint, private rooms with en suite bathrooms, a creekside location, and continental breakfast made by the innkeeper.

The Inn is a 17 minute drive on beautiful Route 2 to our home, and a 30 minute drive to the Saturday East Chatham location.

Packing List

Plan for comfortable clothing, hiking shoes, a bathing suit, and bug spray. We're in the mountains, and it's often muddy and a bit cooler (we suggest layers). Please bring a yoga mat if you prefer to have your own for breath and meditation.
