The Exhale Reset

You don't need twenty minutes. You need two minutes and someone to talk you through it.

Three guided breathwork recordings — morning, afternoon, and night. Press play, close your eyes, follow along. That's the entire practice.

Why this exists

You already know stress is doing something to you.

That part you've figured out. The 3am wake-ups, the jaw you notice is clenched before coffee, the shorter fuse than you'd like to have — none of that is a mystery to you.

What hasn't worked is everything that asks you to become a different person first. Get up at 5:30. Sit for twenty minutes. Clear your mind, which is the one thing your mind is refusing to do.

Most days you have about two minutes. In the car before you go in. Between the meeting and the phone call. Lying in bed after everyone else is finally asleep.

So we built something for those two minutes.

What you get

Three recordings. One day.

Guided by Michael, start to finish. Press play and he'll tell you exactly what to do — no positions to learn, nothing to read first.

Morning

Good Morning Grounding

Start the day clear instead of already behind. You'll connect to your breath, set an intention, and focus your energy before everything else asks for it. We'll also show you why nose breathing matters and how to actually do it — more oxygen to your brain, less of that first-hour fog.

Under 2 min
Afternoon

The Two-Minute Reset

For the moment you need to change the channel. Under two minutes to regulate your nervous system, come back up on energy, and return to yourself before the next thing. This is the one people end up using most — it fits in a stairwell, a parked car, a bathroom at work.

9 min
Night

Nighttime Unwind

Put the day down without scrolling or replaying it. A down-regulating practice that reaches the calmer parts of your nervous system, where deep rest actually happens — repair, reduced inflammation, a brain that gets to process instead of churn.

  • A printable 20-day tracker — so you can see the practice building instead of wondering whether it's working
  • Yours to keep — download them, keep them on your phone, use them for years
  • No app, no login, no subscription — three audio files and a page you can bookmark
If you think you're bad at this

You can't be bad at breathing.

Meditation asks you to manage your mind, which is exactly the thing that isn't cooperating. That's why so many capable people conclude they're just not built for it.

Breathwork works the other way around. You're not trying to quiet your thoughts — you're changing your physiology, and your mind follows. Your heart rate slows on the exhale whether you're concentrating or not. It's mechanical.

Which means all you have to do is press play and follow a voice. If your mind wanders the whole way through, it still works.

  • Feel steady in the middle of something, not two hours after it
  • Change the channel when stress starts to climb
  • Reset instead of spiral
  • Fall asleep without negotiating for it

Whose voice you'll hear

Michael.

Michael co-founded Terranuma with his wife Kathy. He's not a clinician — he's a father of two with two elderly parents living under his roof, who needed this to work on an ordinary Tuesday.

He teaches breathwork to executive leadership teams, first responders and public school staff. Rooms that don't warm up easily. He'll tell you what's happening in your body and why, because he doesn't think you should have to take anyone's word for it.

Quick questions

Before you grab it.

I've never done breathwork. Is this for beginners?

Yes, and most people who buy it haven't. Michael explains what to do as you go — there's nothing to learn beforehand and no position to get into. Sit or lie down, press play.

How do I get the recordings?

Immediately after you buy, you'll get an email with a link to all three plus the printable tracker. Stream them or download them to your phone — they're yours to keep either way.

Do I have to do all three every day?

No. Plenty of people only ever use the two-minute reset, and that's a real practice. The tracker is there if you want the structure, not because you owe anyone twenty days.

Is this safe?

These are gentle, down-regulating practices — no breath holds, no hyperventilation. If you're pregnant or manage a cardiovascular, respiratory or seizure condition, check with your physician first, as you would with any new practice.

Don't let it take your exhale.

You have two minutes. That's genuinely all this asks of you.
